Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Strategy team to understand and maintain focus on their analytical needs, including identifying critical metrics and KPIs, and deliver actionable insights to relevant decision-makers
  • Create and maintain rich interactive visualizations through data interpretation and analysis integrating various reporting components from multiple data sources
  • Acquire data from primary or secondary data sources and maintain databases/data systems
  • Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations
  • Combine knowledge of statistical methodology and analysis with programming skills to support complex analyses
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Design and deploy some machine learning models and assessments
  • Collaborate with business stakeholders and team members to gather and analyze requirements for reporting, analytics, and data visualization
  • Design and develop data models that align with business and team requirements and enable efficient data retrieval and analysis
  • Develop interactive dashboards, reports, and visualizations using BI tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or similar platforms
  • Collaborate with users to validate and refine BI solutions based on their feedback
  • Perform data analysis and ad-hoc queries to identify patterns, trends, and insights
  • Extract actionable insights from data and present findings to the Strategy team members in a clear and concise manner
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of data solutions, making recommendations for improvements as needed
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including business analysts, data scientists, and IT professionals, to ensure alignment and integration of BI solutions
  • Provide training and support to end users on BI tools and self-service analytics if it's necessary
Requirements:

  • Knowledge of logical and physical data modeling concepts
  • Technical expertise regarding data models, database design development, data mining and segmentation techniques  Expert in working with visualization tools Tableau/ Power BI/ Grafana
  • Ability to translate business requirements into non-technical, lay terms
  • Excellent knowledge of data generation and analysis tools especially Excel, SQL, python
  • Understanding data science algorithm and know how to choose and deploy them
  • Technical writing experience in relevant areas, including queries, reports, and presentations
