Responsibilities:
Partnership in developing and executing effective communication strategies tailored to vendors, utilizing SMS and other eCRM channels
Executing commercial communication requests across eCRM channels (SMS, App Push, …)
Defining journey scenarios based on business objectives and internal team requirements
Plan, execute, and monitor eCRM campaigns, ensuring timely delivery, tracking performance metrics, and optimizing campaigns for maximum impact
Executing and A/B testing journeys, Analyzing campaign's data and preparing reports and Optimizing journeys based on campaigns performance
Requirements:
At least one year of relevant work experience
Interested in and ability to working with data, analyzing and proposing solutions for journey improvement
Proficient in microsoft office and familiar with Google tools (GA, Looker studio)
Familiarity with using eCRM tools such as webengage and Familiarity with Copywriting
