Requirements:

• Machine Learning Expertise: Demonstrate strong proficiency in developing and deploying machine learning models, with a deep understanding of various ML algorithms, frameworks (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch), and best practices in model optimization and evaluation
• API Development: Lead the end-to-end process of transforming ML models into robust, scalable, and efficient APIs using Python. Expertise in RESTful API design principles, Flask or FastAPI frameworks, and API documentation tools like Swagger is essential.
• Software Engineering Skills: Exhibit excellent software development skills in Python, including proficiency in writing clean, maintainable code, implementing design patterns, and utilizing version control systems (e.g., Git). Familiarity with containerization (Docker) and orchestration (Kubernetes) is highly desirable.
• Data Pipeline and Infrastructure: Design and implement data pipelines to support ML model training and inference. Experience with database systems, software architecture patterns, and big data technologies (e.g., Apache Spark) is required to ensure seamless integration of ML models into production environments.
• Collaboration and Communication: Work closely with data scientists, product managers, and other stakeholders to understand requirements, provide technical insights, and translate ML models into practical, user-friendly APIs. Strong communication skills are crucial for explaining complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical team members.
