Responsibilities:

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and define strategic targets aligned with the company's overall objectives.
Conduct thorough assessments of project requirements, ensuring that all necessary resources and support are in place for successful implementation.
Develop and maintain comprehensive project plans, including timelines, milestones, and resource allocation.
Proactively monitor project progress, identifying and mitigating potential risks and roadblocks to ensure timely delivery.
Prepare detailed status reports and presentations to keep stakeholders informed of project progress and achievements.
Serve as a liaison between planning teams and stakeholders, facilitating effective communication and collaboration.

Requirements:

Proficiency in project management (Waterfall and Agile).
Proven experience in defining and tracking strategic targets.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
