Responsibilities:

Collaborating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create job descriptions.
Collaborate with management to execute recruitment, onboarding and training initiatives, and internal mobility.
Sourcing, screening, and interviewing candidates to ensure a diverse pool of qualified applicants.
Leading the recruitment process, from initial application to offer negotiation and onboarding.
Have active collaboration in Assessing and identifying organizational trends, issues, needs, and challenges that impact effectiveness to prioritize POD Projects
Document and record the training history of all employees aiming to use in planning further training programs and other POD processes like talent management and career path or succession management.
Organize and coordinate internal events and activities that foster team bonding and morale.
Oversee the onboarding process for new hires and develop training programs that enhance employee skills and knowledge.
Design and execute initiatives that improve employee engagement, satisfaction, and retention

Requirements:

At least Bachelor's degree in Management or a related field.
At least 2 years of experience as an HR Generalist or similar HR role.
Experience in the tech or food industry is a plus.
Knowledge of HR practices, labor laws, and regulations.
Proficiency in HRIS software and MS Office suite.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) and HR analytics.
