Responsibilities:
Develop and implement team processes, workflows and strategies aligned with the Delivery and company's overall business goals.
Continuously monitor and analyze the performance of the fleet in daily periods. Track order volumes, delivery times, and driver availability in real-time.
Identify potential disruptions, delays, or fluctuations in supply
Develop accurate quest plans based on historical order data, seasonal trends, and marketing initiatives.
Collaborate with acquisition and product teams to incorporate required fleet and technical features to increase biker engagement.
Efficiently allocate drivers to meet demand while minimizing delivery times and costs by optimized quest schemes.
Manage different fleet schedules, shifts, and breaks to ensure maximum coverage and presence of the fleet
Communicate with the biker support team to address issues, delays, and customer inquiries.
Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to delivery performance, Biker efficiency, Biker Journey and quest performance.
Continuously assess the effectiveness of delivery strategies and suggest improvements for quest structures and biker journey.
Provide insights and recommendations to enhance delivery operations.
Identify potential risks and challenges in the delivery process, biker engagement such as traffic delays, and fraud.
Requirements:
Ability to adapt to a fast-paced and dynamic delivery environment.
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and softwares
Demonstrated ability to manage and optimize inventory levels efficiently, balancing customer demand with cost-effective stock levels.
Experience in utilizing real-time monitoring and tracking tools
Analytical Thinking and problem-solving
Knowledge of food safety regulations and compliance standards.
