Responsibilities:
Partnership developing the team KPIs and measuring them on a regular basis to track progress.
Play role in Identifying vendors training needs to perform on the Snappfood Platform
Partnership in developing training plans, and perform effective training programs to improve vendors sales and performance.
Cooperate with the team managers in designing workflows, documenting team processes and policies, and defining relevant and effective KPIs.
Monitor Performance KPIs of Vendors and suggest solutions to improve them.
Maintain and improve Incubation and Training process for Vendors.
Manage and provide guidance and leadership to all Vendor Excellence Operation Specialists.
Give ongoing feedback to Vendor Excellence Operation Specialists aiming to improve their negotiations and training skills with Vendors and provide exceptional services to these all vendors.
Monitor agents' attendance and manage all things related to agents, like ensuring they have access to all their required equipment.
Evaluate performance of Vendor Excellence Operation Specialists monthly against determined KPIs and specify improvement areas
Calculate bonus according to KPIs per staff monthly and confirm their bonus monthly.
Plan and provide needed training to new journeys as well as other staff based on the performance review result.
Prepare regular reports and presentations for Vendor Excellence Manager, summarizing vendor performance, issues, and recommendations for improvement.
Provide leadership and guidance to the Vendor Excellence Operation team, ensuring alignment with the organization's goals and objectives.
Oversee the vendor management process, including vendor selection, onboarding, performance evaluation, and relationship management.
identify areas for process improvement within the vendor management process and implement changes to increase efficiency, reduce costs, and mitigate risks.
Requirements:
At least Bachelor in Industrial Engineering, Management, and other related fields
Candidates in MBA and Industrial Engineering are preferred.
Min 2 Years in B2B Sales field and Training experience
Experience in the food industry is a plus.
People management experience
Strong negotiation knowledge and ability (Specially B2B Negotiation)
Proficiency in using data analysis tools and software to analyze vendor performance data.
Deep knowledge and understanding of training field
Good at customer service area
Having knowledge and skill in project management
Familiar with Sales and Marketing
