Responsibilities: • Utilize data mining tools and techniques to identify trends, patterns, and improvement opportunities • Evaluate and redefine existing Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) • Calculate the required number of agents for different contact center teams periodically • Interpret data, analyze results using statistical techniques, and provide reports • Establish connections between available data to propose creative solutions for cost reduction and productivity improvement • Analyze operational process inefficiencies and improvement opportunities in the contact center • Collaborate with various teams to translate KPIs into projects, prioritize them, and follow up on necessary actions for project execution • Serve as a liaison between stakeholders including contact center agents, management, organization, and end customers • Prepare necessary reports for the contact center and present them to management • Draft and review guidelines and workflows for contact center teams
Requirements: • Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science, Industrial Engineering, or related fields • Minimum of 2 years of effective work experience in the relevant field • Ability to analyze and prepare reports using data and ability to create reports using various tools • Proficiency in data collection and analysis languages including SQL, Python and Microsoft Office tools • Expertise in data visualization tools like Tableau and Power BI • Familiarity with machine learning and artificial intelligence concepts
