Responsibilities:

Project Planning: Develop comprehensive project plans, including objectives, scope, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation, aligned with business development objectives
Project Execution: Oversee the day-to-day execution of projects, ensuring adherence to established timelines, quality standards, and cost parameters
Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, external partners (e.g., CEOs or owners of large companies), and key stakeholders to gather input, ensure alignment, and manage expectations throughout project lifecycles
Risk Management: Identify potential risks and develop mitigation strategies to minimize disruptions to project progress and deliverables
Resource Management: Allocate and manage resources effectively, including personnel, technology, and budgets, to meet project goals efficiently
Performance Monitoring: Track project performance through key performance indicators (KPIs) and key success factors (KSFs), providing regular updates to management
Data Analysis: Proficiently collect, analyze, and interpret data related to the operation's performance and projects, using insights to make informed decisions and drive improvements
Documentation: Maintain accurate project documentation, including project plans, status reports, and post-implementation reviews
Continuous Improvement: Identify opportunities for process optimization and improvement within the operations sublayer and actively contribute to driving efficiencies
Communication: Establish and maintain clear, accurate, and regular communication channels both internally and with external partners

Requirements:

Proficiency in project management software (e.g., Microsoft Project, Asana, Trello) and office productivity tools (e.g., Microsoft Office Suite)
anding of financial principles and budget management
Knowledge of process improvement methodologies (e.g., Six SigmStrong data analysis skills using tools like Excel, SQL, or data visualization software
Understa, Lean) is a plus
Familiarity with business development and operations strategies
