Responsibilities:

Develop detailed project plans outlining tasks, timelines, and milestones to achieve strategic objectives
Collaborate with key stakeholders to gather requirements, identify dependencies, and allocate resources effectively
Monitor and evaluate project progress, identifying and addressing potential roadblocks to ensure timely execution
Implement project management best practices and methodologies to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of strategy execution
Facilitate communication and coordination among different departments to ensure alignment with strategic goals
Analyze data and provide regular reports on the status of strategic initiatives to senior management.
Conduct risk assessments and implement mitigation strategies to minimize potential disruptions to the execution process
Stay informed about industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies to enhance strategic planning processes
Foster a collaborative and goal-oriented culture by promoting teamwork and accountability
Continuously improve the strategy execution process based on feedback, lessons learned, and evolving business needs

Requirements:

Change Management: Proficient in change management principles to facilitate smooth transitions during the implementation of strategic initiatives
Performance Metrics and KPIs: Experience in defining and tracking key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the success and impact of strategic projects
Budget Management: Familiarity with budgeting processes and financial management to ensure projects are delivered within allocated resources
Stakeholder Management: Effective management of relationships with internal and external stakeholders to align expectations and ensure project succes
