Responsibilities: • Evaluate the performance of seniors, mentors & trainers to ensure the process is consistent and progressive • Manage, monitor and analyze reports on project plans, progress and results and training process implementation. • Manage the whole onboarding, performance management, feedback and performance evaluation process for new employees • Manage team activities, establishing task priorities, scheduling and tracking work assignments, providing guidance, and ensuring the availability of resources. • Implementation of new and relevant tasks or training sessions. Evaluate modes of training delivery, such as in-person or virtual, to optimize training effectiveness, training costs, or environmental impacts • Assess training needs through surveys, interviews with employees, focus groups, or consultation with managers and instructors • Obtain KPI’s and evaluate efficiency of training programs • Offer specific training programs to help workers maintain or improve job skills • Thoroughly, and accurately completes job assignments according to established standards of quality • Select and assign instructors to conduct training sessions for new employees
Requirements: • Master’s degree in Management fields (Business Management, Industrial Management, …) or other related disciplines • Three years of experience in related filed as Training Manager/Supervisor specially In contact center teams • Be data-driven in all aspects of training and performance management • Identify and analyze relevant data in relation to the contact center training environment • Have experience in a contact center environment is plus
