Responsibilities:

Partnership in design and management team processes, procedures, and workflows ensuring smooth and seamless internal and external operations.
Partnership in defining and designing the KPIs and metrics of the team
Hire, onboard, lead and motivate team members.
Partnership in managing and monitoring both the team and team members performance and provide them with ongoing feedback.
Leading and managing the continuous extracting data-driveninsights extraction.
Keep a close track of the performance
Effective Communication with other stakeholder regarding the execution of projects
Guide stakeholder teams to ensure the fluency of execution
Update managers about the progress of execution
Generate reports on what areas are going well and which areas require improvement
Generating reports and monitoring the utilization and efficiency of the stakeholder teams

Requirements:

At least Bachelor in the field of Management, Industrial Engineering, Data Science or Other relevant areas or having equivalent related work experience
At least 2 year of experience in a relevant area.
Expertise in identifying and rectifying errors, inconsistencies, and deficiencies in data to ensure data quality and reliability;
Full proficiency in creating visualizations of data using tools such as Power BI and Tableau;
Full proficiency in using excel/ sheets.
Deep understanding of ethical issues related to data usage and responsible behavior in data control;
Acceptable familiarity with SQL;
Understanding of big data concepts; the ability to convey insights and findings through compelling storytelling to enhance the impact and understanding of data-driven information.
Familiarity with python is a plus.
