شرح موقعیت شغلی

Responsibilities:

Understanding and translating business objectives into research steps (questionnaires, focus
groups, e.g.)
Collecting data through interviews, focus groups, surveys and other market research
methods
Providing competitive analysis and preparing reports
Designing surveys and guidelines for qualitative research such as focus and in- depth
interview and other quantitative surveys
Planing, coordinating and running focus group meetings and leading focus group discussion
and keeping them on track
Compiling and analyzing statistical data using modern and traditional methods ( SPSS ,STATA,
Excel,...)
Performing statistical analysis such as correlation, regression, cross tabs, t- test , ...

Requirements:

Analytical thinker with strong theoretical and research proficiencies
Strong analytical skills and ability to gather large amounts of data and convert it into
meaningful analysis
Ability to simplify complex information into a user-friendly format
Ability to lead and facilitate group discussions
Adequate knowledge of data collection methods (polls, focus groups, surveys etc)
Familiarity with programming languages R or Python is an advantage for selection
Ability to collaborate cross-functionally, with people of all levels
Ability to stay focused in a fast paced and dynamic environment
