We are a design agency highly specialized in products and brands. We have more than 50 successful collaborations with tech companies. Currently, we’re expanding our business to Europe and North America.
In Paradigm, we create teams based on projects and every team operates on its own within the organization under the same leadership.

Job Description

As an associate product manager, your job is to assist software product management. Facilitating team communications, documentation, and keeping project status updated describes a typical workday of yours.

Responsibilities

Maintaining positive, professional client relations throughout the project's design, development, and delivery cycle
Projects breakdown, team briefing, planning, and scope clarification
Reviews early and final designs and makes sure they meet both client and development team requirements
Identify risks on people and project management processes
Cooperates with designers and developers in their problem-solving approach
Conduct and participate in team meetings

Requirements

Strong verbal and written communication skills
Strong negotiation and presentation skills
Ability to manage multiple projects in the specified scope
1+ years of experience working in a tech/product team
Experience in product design (UI/UX) team process
Experience in product development (Front-end, backend) team process
English language proficiency

Preferred

Software development experience
Bachelor’s degree in Software Engineering, Information Technology, Industrial Design, or related.
