شرح موقعیت شغلی

we looking for a passionate Scrum Master who will facilitate Scrum events, coach the team on Agile practices, remove impediments, and ensure adherence to Scrum principles. Collaboration with stakeholders and promoting continuous improvement are key aspects of this role.

  • The job is a hybrid position in the Tehran office.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Facilitation: Lead Scrum events (Sprint Planning, Daily Standups, Sprint Reviews, and Retrospectives) and other necessary meetings.
  • Coaching: Guide the team on Agile practices and principles.
  • Impediment Removal: Identify and remove obstacles to team progress.
  • Feedback and Escalation: Provide continuous feedback and escalate persistent issues.
  • Team Protection: Shield the team from external disruptions.
  • Communication: Promote effective communication within the team and with stakeholders.
  • Continuous Improvement: Encourage and support ongoing team improvements.
  • Metrics and Reporting: Track and report Agile metrics.
  • Conflict Resolution: Assist in resolving team conflicts.
  • Scrum Principles Adherence: Ensure compliance with Scrum practices.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Collaborate with stakeholders to align on Agile practices.
  • Release Planning: Facilitate release planning meetings and support estimation and risk management.
  • Training: Provide Scrum and Agile training for the team and support the Product Manager.

Qualifications:

  • Proven experience as a Scrum Master.
  • Strong understanding of Agile and Scrum.
  • Excellent facilitation, coaching, and communication skills.
  • Conflict resolution and Agile metrics experience.

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
  • Certified Scrum Master preferred.
