Position Overview:
As a Scrum Master at Ronad, you will play a pivotal role in facilitating and optimizing our agile development methodology. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful delivery of projects while fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Serve as a servant leader and coach for one or more agile teams, guiding them in adopting and implementing agile principles and practices.
Facilitate Scrum ceremonies including sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospectives, ensuring that they are effective and focused.
Remove impediments and obstacles that hinder team progress, working proactively to address issues and promote a culture of problem-solving.
Collaborate with product owners and stakeholders to prioritize and groom the product backlog, ensuring that it is well-defined, estimated, and refined.
Foster a culture of continuous improvement within the team, encouraging experimentation and innovation to enhance productivity and quality.
Track and report on team progress, using metrics and data to identify opportunities for optimization and improvement.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a Scrum Master or agile coach in a software development environment.
Strong understanding of agile principles and practices, with experience implementing Scrum, Kanban, or other agile frameworks.
Excellent facilitation, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and foster collaboration within teams.
Proactive problem-solving skills, with the ability to anticipate and address challenges effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Passion for continuous learning and improvement, with a growth mindset and a commitment to excellence.
