Responsibilities:

  • Teach IELTS (reading, speaking, writing, and listening) and Cambridge International modules Global Perspective and Research/General Paper
  • Manage the class, preparing the scheme of work and lesson plans
  • Prepare and conduct lessons according to the course syllabus and scheme of work.
  • Deliver lessons and provide the necessary supervision to students as a mentor or form teacher.
  • Provide necessary supervision to the students, manage the classroom, and address discipline issues.
  • Support scheduled school holistic activities when directed to do so
  • Perform any other tasks as may be assigned on an ad-hoc basis as needed
  • Achieve assigned key performance indicator target
Qualifications:

  • At least 3 years teaching experience as a English Teacher. Prior IELTS teaching experience is highly desirable.
  • Exceptional understanding of English language grammatical analysis.
  • Able to work effectively as part of a team and cross-functionally in order to ensure course growth and success.
  • Professional in attitude and appearance, dynamic with a passion for teaching and a commitment to real English education.
  • Open minded towards new challenges, flexible, positive attitude, and the desire to help change futures.
