شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our growing company is looking for a Microsoft Dynamics CRM/365 Developer.As a Dynamics CRM Developer, you will be responsible for designing and developing customised solutions within the Dynamics 365 platform. This includes coding, unit testing, building applications, creating, modifying and troubleshooting existing applications; configuring, extending, and integrating Dynamics 365 CRM, including Power Apps and Power Automate, to meet our specific needs.

Your responsibilities:

  • Analyse current business workflows
  • Design and implement new workflows
  • Documenting implemented workflows
  • Dynamics CRM / 365 Solutions Design & Customizations
  • Testing implemented solutions and assess their usability
  • Suggest innovative solutions to improve Processes
  • Creating reports & dashboards based on complex mathematical calculations
  • Creating reports and designing management dashboards based on received requirements
  • Participating in installation, development, customisation and integration of Microsoft Dynamics CRM 365
  • Installation, testing, re-expansion of requested and customized modules
  • Full participation in testing processes
  • Identifying the training needs, Training users and people under management
Requirements for this Role:

  • Full Knowledge of BPMN
  •  Mastery of Plugin and Custom Workflow development.    
  • Experience in leveraging Microsoft Power Platform capabilities for MS Dynamics CRM using PowerApps, Power Automate and Power BI. 
  • Proficiency in related technologies such as Microsoft Stack, Office 365, SSRS, SSIS, SharePoint, Microsoft Azure
  • Proficiency in Dynamics 365 SDK and MS Dynamics plugin development
  • Advanced in PostgreSQL, SQL Server, and T-SQL
  • Proficiency in ASP.net, C# and WCF
  • Advanced in JavaScript
  • Proficiency in use of Web APIs
  • Proficiency in PHP
  • Familiar with ITIL
  • Familiar with project management software and project scheduling
  • Familiar with SCRUM framework
  • Familiarity with KPI, OKR
