Soroush Plus marketing team is a high-energy team that has helped improve the performance of a multi-platform, dynamic and complex product, so that more than 38 million users have registered in it and it has 11 million monthly users. Now we need a Product marketing specialist in our marketing team to create more value and improve product performance.

Job description and responsibilities

Study company products
Translate technical details into benefits for the users and implement data-driven marketing campaigns to introduce product features
Analyze users' behavior with features in dashboards and optimize the funnel.
Convert new users to loyal ones
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities for improving campaigns
Prepare and present marketing proposals to senior managers
Follow up on the executive affairs related to the marketing unit

Job requirements

Having at least two years of experience in marketing specialist position or similar positions
Familiar with various marketing strategies
Proficient in big-data analysis
Strong analytical skills to interpret data and extract practical results for improving campaigns
Creative mindset with the ability to develop innovative marketing strategies and engaging content
Familiar with A/B testing and conversion rate optimization techniques
Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
