We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Product Manager to focus on activation within our marketplace. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in driving user activation and growth loops, leveraging both the product and tools like ECRM (Email Customer Relationship Management) to engage users throughout the entire funnel. This role requires a strategic thinker with a data-driven approach to improving user engagement and retention.

Key Responsibilities:

1. User Activation Strategy:

Develop and implement comprehensive strategies to drive user activation and engagement within the marketplace.
Identify key activation metrics and set measurable goals to improve user onboarding and retention.

2. Growth Loops:

Design and optimize growth loops that create a self-sustaining cycle of user acquisition, activation, and retention.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate growth loops into the product experience.

3. Product Development:

Work closely with engineering, design, and data teams to develop and enhance product features that improve user activation and engagement.
Prioritize product roadmap based on user feedback, data analysis, and business goals.

4. ECRM Utilization:

Leverage ECRM tools to create targeted campaigns that guide users through the activation funnel.
Segment users effectively to deliver personalized and relevant content at each stage of their journey.

5. Data Analysis & Insights:

Conduct data analysis to identify user behavior patterns and activation bottlenecks.
Use insights to make informed decisions and continuously iterate on activation strategies.

6. User Experience Optimization:

Collaborate with the UX/UI team to ensure a seamless and intuitive user onboarding experience.
Conduct A/B testing and usability studies to refine the user activation process.

7. Stakeholder Collaboration:

Communicate activation strategies and progress to key stakeholders, including senior management and the broader product team.
Align activation initiatives with overall business objectives and KPIs.

8. Market Research:

Stay updated on industry trends, competitive landscape, and best practices in user activation and growth strategies.
Implement innovative approaches to stay ahead in the market.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field.
3-5 years of experience in product management with a focus on user activation and growth.
Proven track record of driving user activation and engagement in a digital marketplace or similar environment.
Strong understanding of ECRM tools and their application in user lifecycle management.
Excellent analytical skills and ability to translate data into actionable insights.
Exceptional communication and collaboration skills.
Experience with A/B testing, user segmentation, and personalization strategies.
Passion for travel and the vacation rental industry is a plus.
