شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Description

We are looking for an experienced and creative HR expert to join our team.  As a HR expert, you direct and coordinate HR activities and staff for our team. 

Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate events for various departments
  • Continuous attendance at all company meetings
  • Summarize, integrate and present the results of personnel performance evaluations to the relevant authorities and units
  • Preparing analytical statistics and reports and comparing the performance of employees on a periodic basis (monthly, quarterly and annually) and presenting the superior
  • Organize company resources
  • In charge of employee safety and welfare
  • Facilitate and mediate employee to employee communication
  • Manage end to end HR Operation activities (complete employee life cycle, on-boarding to off-boarding).
  • Handle Data and Record Management precisely, organized and error-free.
  • Probation Management – Initiate, Track, and conclusion probation period reviews.
  • Develop HR Trust and be a people’s champion – Demonstrate a Proactive approach.
  • Address employee queries/concerns.
  • Continuous review and improvement of work processes as well as focus on continuous improvement of policies and processes related to human resource operations.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Minimum 3 years of HR experience in startups and development team.
  • Should have a positive attitude and go beyond their tasks
  • Love working with people and be able to handle HR for a remote team which is different from traditional HR
  • Smart and sharp and think out of the box
  • Understand English as you will be working with a team in Iran but all of our documents are in English and written communication is in English
  • Smart and with high PR
  • Regular and has a team spirit
  • Ability to work effectively with employees
  • Should have the attribute of process-centric, eye for details and self-driven.
  • Demonstrate a high degree of accountability and responsibility.
