We are looking for a full-time Sales Expert to increase our market share
Responsibility:
To meet and exceed sales targets as prescribed
Establish the needs of corporate customers, develop and implement account management strategies
Increase Fanap Plus's market share through the acquisition of new account as well as development and maintain of current accounts
Physically carry out sales of both prepaid and postpaid payment to corporate customers
Recommend training on the use of Fanap plus product and panels for new Corporate clients, to reduce after-sales enquires
Provide advice to the customer on what product suit their needs.
Escalate customer queries and complaints
Develop and implement operational procedures at the account level
Conduct comprehensive research on competitor strategy
Prepare weekly and monthly sales status reports
Conduct research on potential customers and their disposable income on communication
Prepare quotes and Tenders
Continuously searching for ways to acquire new corporate customer within the relevant segment
The increased subscriber growth rate for specific segments
Achieves/exceeding sales target
Achieves penetration targets for a particular industry segment
