شرح موقعیت شغلی

FamilyKid is seeking an experienced and dynamic Human Resources Manager to join our team.

Job Responsibilities:

Manage the entire HR team, including employee recruitment, employee training, organizational development, salary performance, labor relations, etc.
Familykid, as a new multinational internet-based educational enterprise, has a huge difference in corporate culture and values from traditional enterprises, and needs to solve the problem of integrating multinational enterprises and local culture.

Problems and goals:

Problem: paying attention to the process but not the results - Goal: Create a result-oriented team
Problem: Always waiting for tasks and arrangements - Goal: Create a self-driven team
Problem: Unable to correctly define the problem and unable to solve the problem - Goal: build a team that is good at solving problems
Problem: not comfortable with comparison and competition - Goal: create a team that is strong enough and dares to compete.
Problem: Paying more attention to your own feelings than your own achievement - Goal: create a team that pursues growth and believes in the company and future.

Job Requirements:

Have more than 5 years of full-time experience as a human resources manager
Have experience in managing a human resources team of more than 5 people or experience as a human resources manager in a company with more than 200 employees.
Applicants with experience in building a team with result-oriented ability, self-driving ability and problem-solving ability will be given priority.
Applicants with working experience in Internet companies or international companies are preferred.
Priority is given to those aged 32-40.
Applicants should be able to speak and communicate in English.
