We’re currently looking to hire a Scrum Master to join us. As a Senior Scrum Masterr, you will be Responsible for the management of the product backlog, organization and planning of the team, tracking & reporting of progress, and accountability for the delivery of the end product:

Taking responsibility for the management of the product backlog with the Product Owner/Business Analyst which includes tasks such as: Prioritizing items from epics to stories, depicting an accurate picture of the outstanding backlog, and providing a clear picture of the upcoming deliverables
Orchestrating the sprints through activities such as daily stand-up, planning, showcase, and retrospectives
Working with the business and development team to deliver the agreed work within the agreed timescales
Working with the Product Owner and Business Users to ensure the current highest priority items are being addressed. Ensure the business and the development team are aligned
Timely planning of sprints and releases to ensure that the team are focused on the right things at the right time
Being responsible for the features delivered; ensuring each release delivers business value; whilst also providing quality, supportable software to Site Reliability Engineers
Having a true servant leader attitude, being responsible for lifting blockers for any member of the team, and creating a collaborative environment where the team is empowered to own each deliverable
Ownership of the delivery roadmap where each iterative delivery can be tracked to a business value
Coaching team members towards self-organization with best practices
To hit the ground running in this role you’ll have strong experience as a Scrum master, facilitating ceremonies and coaching team(s)
You’ll have a good track record of delivery from start to finish
Experience in running retrospectives and implementing Continuous Improvement within a development team
Sound knowledge & experience of Agile work management tooling e.g. Jira
Demonstrate ability to perform business requirement gathering and documentation (from high level to granular requirements)
Must have the ability to collaborate with developers and subject matter experts to ensure transparency and understanding of the requirements
Must have good knowledge of other agile frameworks like Lean, SAFe 5 & Spotify

Preferred Qualifications

Scrum Master Certification (like as: PSM1, CSM, or relevant certificates)
Have good experience in agile transformation & scaled Agile
