شرح موقعیت شغلی

Here in Excoino, a Crypto Exchange, constantly we need to know where we are in the industry and where our rivals are. We want you to prioritize the tasks that need to be done. You will be listened to since you will have the evidence to persuade others what is important at the moment.

Job Description:

- Analyzing financial reports, market research and operating procedures, strategizing ideas to improve business operations and meeting with company executives and other stakeholders to provide suggestions based on analysis
- Communicate with senior people in organizations to find out what they hope to achieve
- Formulate ways for businesses to improve, based on previous research
- Oversee the implementation of new technology and systems
- Exploring how the organization is currently operating via research, which could include interviewing employees and collecting quantitative data
- Explore different solutions, their risks, benefits and impacts
- Innovate in order to create solutions for real-world problems
- Proposing solutions to an organization’s leaders, and keeping them updated with progress
- Creating documents to outline the proposed changes and the steps involved
-  Ensuring the changes are made – for example, by overseeing the implementation of new technology or a new approach

Requirements:

M.sB.s in Industrial Engineering, Management or MBA Degree.
More than 5 years of proven experience as a Business analyst (preferably in finance)
Extensive experience & mastery over BABOK Guide
Proficiency in Writing & Analyzing Business Models and Business Plans
Commercial awareness
Energetic, enthusiastic, detail-oriented, and passionate about producing high-quality analytics
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills , and the ability to work with people at all levels of an organization
Flexibility and comfort in working in a dynamic organization with minimal documentation and process.
Time management and organizational skills
An interest in, and understanding of, project management techniques
Collaborating with product managers on roadmap planning and prioritization
