We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Senior Product Manager to lead our product development initiatives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in the fintech and payment industry, particularly in the cryptocurrency space. This role involves close collaboration with our development team, stakeholders, and users to drive product strategy, design, and execution.

Key Responsibilities:
-Product Strategy and Execution: Develop and implement product strategies consistent with the company vision. Manage the entire product lifecycle from planning to launch.
-Fintech and Payment Industry Expertise: Apply in-depth knowledge of the fintech and payment industry especialy Iran's market, to guide product development, ensuring alignment with market trends and regulatory requirements.
-Development Team Collaboration: Work closely with the development team to define clear and effective product requirements. Serve as a bridge between technical and non-technical stakeholders.
-Documentation Excellence: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, ensuring clarity and accessibility for all stakeholders.
-Stakeholder Management: Excel in stakeholder management, effectively communicating with team members, executives, and external partners. Foster a collaborative environment that encourages innovation and productivity.
-Communication Management: Demonstrate outstanding communication skills, capable of articulating complex product concepts and strategies to a diverse audience.
-P2P Market Mastery: Leverage extensive experience in P2P markets to enhance user experience and increase market penetration.

Qualifications:
•Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
