شرح موقعیت شغلی

Strategic Research Planning: Develop and conduct UX research strategies to support product design and business goals, ensuring alignment with our broader mission to enhance user interactions.

Advanced Research Techniques: Employ a range of research methodologies including usability testing, interviews, field studies, surveys, and competitive analysis to gather meaningful insights.

Cross-Functional Collaboration: Partner closely with UX/UI designers, technical leaders, product managers, and developers to integrate findings into the design process and influence product strategy.

Data Driven Design and Reporting: Analyze user data thoroughly to identify patterns and insights. Deliver compelling, detailed reports and presentations that drive design and product decisions.

Leadership and Mentorship: Mentor junior UX researchers and advocate for user research best practices within the team. Contribute to a culture of continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.

Innovative Problem-Solving: Proactively identify new opportunities for user experience improvements and lead innovative research projects to explore these possibilities.
Experience and Education: At least 4 years of professional experience in UX research, particularly in a tech or digital product environment. Advanced degree in Psychology, Human Factors, HCI, or a related field.

Technical Expertise: Proficiency with UX research tools (e.g., Microsoft Qualtrics, UserZoom, Optimal Workshop) and familiarity with analytics and data visualization software.

Communication Skills: Exceptional written and verbal communication abilities. Proven experience delivering clear, persuasive presentations and complex reports to stakeholder audiences.

Analytical Skills: Strong capability in both qualitative and quantitative research methods and data analysis.

Collaborative Spirit: Demonstrated success in working as part of a cross-functional team. Ability to manage multiple projects and meet tight deadlines.

Innovative Thinking: A track record of utilizing research to influence user-centered design decisions and leading projects that meet bold product goals.
