At AlgoRock, we:

1. Conduct cutting-edge research and analysis on crypto assets, markets, and blockchain projects to inform our strategies.
2. Actively trade crypto assets across multiple time frames using strategies tailored to crypto's volatility.
3. Construct customized crypto portfolios tailored to each client's goals and risk profile.
4. Develop advanced algorithmic trading systems and machine learning techniques. 
5. Participate hands-on in DeFi, yield farming, and staking to generate additional portfolio yield.
6. Build blockchain-based products and services to drive real-world Web3 adoption.

Role Description

We are seeking an exceptional Crypto Market Researcher & Fundamental Analyst to join our team. In this role, you will conduct in-depth research into crypto assets, blockchain protocols, and the overall digital asset ecosystem. Your analysis will directly inform AlgoRock's investment strategies, product roadmap, and content.
Responsibilities

- Stay up-to-date on new crypto asset launches, blockchain upgrades, and emerging DeFi protocols
- Analyze crypto asset fundamentals like team, technology, tokenomics, and business model
- Evaluate project whitepapers, technical documentation, community sentiment, and on-chain data
- Build financial models to forecast project growth and token value
- Author institutional-grade research reports communicating timely insights
- Work with portfolio managers to identify attractive investment opportunities
- Engage with the crypto community across forums like Twitter, Discord, Telegram
- Identify risks and develop prudent risk management practices

Requirements

- 2+ years experience in crypto, finance, data analysis, software engineering or related field
- Expert knowledge of crypto assets, protocols, DeFi, NFTs and Web3
- Strong understanding of blockchain technology, cryptography and distributed systems 
- Ability to analyze complex quantitative and qualitative data sets
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Intellectually curious with a passion for continual learning
