We are looking for a mid-level HR Business Partner to support Digikala’s Engineering & Product teams.

This role is expected to act as a true business partner, combining HR expertise, business understanding, and familiarity with technology and product to help leaders make better people and organizational decisions.

What You’ll Do

Partner closely with Engineering and Product leaders to understand business priorities, team challenges, and people needs.
Support technical leaders in people-related decision-making, bringing relevant HR perspectives, data, and insights into their decisions.
Proactively identify people and organizational trends and turn them into actionable insights and recommendations for leaders.
Lead key performance management processes, including reviews, calibration, feedback, and development planning.
Drive learning and development, talent management, succession planning, and leadership development initiatives.
Support leaders on organizational design, workforce planning, role clarity, career development, retention, and other talent decisions.
Use people data and HR systems to diagnose issues, identify opportunities, and improve the quality of decision-making.
Act as a trusted advisor to managers and constructively challenge assumptions and decisions when needed.
Collaborate with other HR teams to adapt HR programs and processes to the specific needs of Engineering and Product.

What We’re Looking For

Experience in HR Business Partnering, Talent Management, Organizational Development, or a similar HR role.
Good understanding of core HR areas, especially performance, talent, learning, succession planning, and leadership development.
Strong business acumen and the ability to look at problems beyond an HR-only perspective.
Analytical thinking and the ability to translate data and observations into meaningful insights.
Strong stakeholder management, communication, and influencing skills.
Curiosity about technology and product organizations and the ability to build enough domain knowledge to become a credible partner.
Previous experience working with Engineering, Technology, Data, or Product teams is a plus.
