Who are we looking for?

We are looking for Senior Software Engineers who are passionate about designing scalable systems, solving complex problems, and pushing the boundaries of technology.

Our ideal candidate is a hands-on engineer who thrives in dynamic environments, takes ownership, mentors others, and contributes to technical excellence across the team.

Responsibilities

● Design, develop, and maintain high-performance, scalable, and reliable software systems.

● Lead technical design discussions, contribute to architecture decisions, and ensure best engineering practices.

● Write clean, testable, and maintainable code.

● Review and provide feedback on code written by peers to maintain high-quality standards.

● Identify performance bottlenecks and implement effective optimizations.

● Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams — including Product, DevOps, and QA — to deliver features from concept to production.

● Mentor junior engineers and contribute to continuous improvement of the engineering culture.

Qualifications

● 5+ years of experience in software development using one or more modern programming languages (e.g., Node.js, Java, Kotlin, Go, etc.).

● Strong understanding of data structures, algorithms, and system design principles.

● Solid understanding of software architecture and design patterns.

● Good understanding of front-end technologies, particularly React.js.

● Experience in testing, CI/CD, and deployment automation.

● Familiarity with MySQL, Redis, Memcached, and Elasticsearch is a strong plus.

● Excellent communication, collaboration, and problem-solving skills.

● Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
