About Job

We are looking for a highly motivated Financial Planning & Analysis (FP&A) Analyst to join our AdService team at Digikala. In this role, you will play a key part in driving financial visibility, supporting data-driven decision-making, and enabling Product-Led Growth (PLG) initiatives. You will work closely with business leaders, product managers, and the analytics team to translate complex financial data into actionable insights that guide both strategic and operational priorities.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Own the budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis processes for the AdService business unit.
Build and maintain robust financial models to evaluate product performance, pricing strategies, and new business opportunities.
Partner with cross-functional teams (Product, Marketing, Sales, Analytics) to connect financial insights with business outcomes.
Provide regular management reporting, dashboards, and KPI tracking, highlighting trends and identifying improvement levers.
Support decision-making around investment cases, resource allocation, and PLG initiatives.
Drive continuous improvement of FP&A processes, ensuring scalability and efficiency.
Act as a strategic thought partner to business leaders, offering both financial rigor and commercial perspective.

Qualifications, Competencies & Skills (KSA)

Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Economics, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field (Master’s preferred).
3–5 years of experience in FP&A, financial modeling, or strategy/consulting, ideally in tech, e-commerce, or advertising industries.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to translate numbers into actionable insights.
Proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets and data visualization tools (Power BI, Tableau, or similar). SQL knowledge is a plus.
Solid understanding of financial statements and unit economics.
Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Self-starter mindset, detail-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
