We are looking for a Product Manager to join Digikala’s B2B team; someone structured, analytical, and result-oriented who can work closely with engineering, design, data, operations, and business teams to turn user needs and business goals into actionable product solutions.
This role is suitable for someone who has experience working in agile, product-led environments, can analyze and prioritize complex problems, collaborate effectively with different stakeholders, and actively contribute to the development and improvement of a growing B2B platform.
As a Product Manager, the person is expected to take ownership of specific product areas or features, analyze requirements, align with cross-functional teams, and follow product initiatives through to delivery and evaluation.
Responsibilities:
Identify, analyze, and prioritize user needs, business requirements, and internal stakeholder expectations.
Collaborate with design, engineering, data, operations, and business teams to define and develop product features.
Translate problems and requirements into clear product documentation such as PRDs, user stories, acceptance criteria, and roadmap items.
Contribute to the design and improvement of user flows, product processes, and the overall user experience of the B2B platform.
Follow up on feature development from ideation to implementation, testing, launch, and performance evaluation.
Analyze product data, user behavior, and performance metrics to identify improvement opportunities.
Coordinate across different teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product solutions.
Collect and review feedback from users, operations, sales, and support teams, and turn it into actionable product inputs.
Contribute to defining and tracking product KPIs and prepare analytical reports for senior product managers or product leads.
Support product backlog prioritization based on business value, user impact, technical complexity, and team capacity.
Requirements:
3–5 years of experience as a Product Manager, Product Owner, or in a similar product-related role.
Experience working with engineering, design, data, and business teams in Agile/Scrum environments.
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize requirements and translate them into product solutions.
Familiarity with product discovery, product delivery, user journeys, roadmaps, and backlog management.
Ability to prepare clear and actionable product documentation for engineering and design teams.
Familiarity with product and project management tools such as Jira, Confluence, Notion, Figma, or similar tools.
Basic to intermediate ability to analyze product data and performance metrics.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional stakeholders.
A result-oriented mindset, ownership, and interest in solving problems in a complex and fast-growing environment.
Nice to Have:
Experience working on B2B platforms, marketplaces, e-commerce products, or enterprise products.
Familiarity with sales, ordering, logistics, pricing, or enterprise customer management processes.
Experience analyzing user behavior data and product funnels.
Basic understanding of technical concepts such as APIs, databases, backend services, and technical constraints.
Experience working closely with operations, sales, or customer support teams.
