the Campaign Supervisor at Digikala Q-Commerce is responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of marketing campaign planning, execution, and optimization to achieve sales goals, acquire new customers, and retain existing ones. This role requires effective collaboration across multiple teams and ensuring campaigns are successfully executed across all channels.
Responsibilities:
• Campaign Management
Oversee the planning and execution of major campaigns and periodic promotions.
Coordinate with Brand, Commercial, Product, and Operations teams to ensure campaign alignment with strategic goals.
• Channel & Media Management
Allocate and optimize budgets across various channels (SMS, Push, Email, Onsite, Social Media, Ads).
Collaborate on designing user journeys and unified messaging across internal and external channels.
• Analytics & Data-Driven Approach
Continuously monitor campaign performance in real time and analyze sales, traffic, and conversion data.
Evaluate the results of A/B tests and provide recommendations to improve strategies.
• Promotions & Discounts Management
Contribute to defining discount and voucher mechanisms and managing promotional budgets.
• Innovation & Creativity
Participate in designing unique and creative campaigns such as Gamification, competitions, and collaborations with brands and partners, ensuring relevance and connection to audience insights.
Requirements:
Ability to generate new and diverse ideas for campaigns and develop creative strategic approaches.
Ability to track technical details of campaigns, including messaging, channels, and budget allocation to achieve accurate and optimal results.
Strong skills in data analysis, tracking campaign outcomes, and making decisions based on real data to enhance performance.
Ability to communicate effectively with different teams and stakeholders, ensuring cross-functional alignment and facilitating inter-team collaboration.
Ability to adapt to fast-changing market conditions and customer needs, while handling challenges and uncertainties.
Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple campaigns simultaneously while meeting deadlines and goals.
Ability to lead and motivate team members toward shared goals and maintain high morale throughout campaign activities.
Deep understanding of customer needs and behaviors and the ability to design campaigns that enhance customer experience.
Close collaboration with other teams (such as Product, Commercial, and Design) to achieve shared objectives and facilitate knowledge exchange.
Minimum of 3 years of experience in campaign teams within major startups.
At least 1 year of experience in campaign teams within Quick Commerce.
