شرح موقعیت شغلی

The BI Analyst translates data and analysis into usable and informative BI solutions which produce accurate business critical reports and dashboards. This role will help manage critical organization data and data systems, turn data into information, and information into insight. Delivers comprehensive business intelligence solutions, data modeling, reporting and analytics. Provides system administrative support for data reporting tools, including support for the user community.

  • Enable effective decision making by retrieving and aggregating data from multiple sources and compiling it into a digestible and actionable format
  • Help inform decision-making and solve business problems by converting data into information
  • Building decision models and facilitating insightful solutions to complex problems.
  • Define the data elements and data structure that our team should leverage to enable analytical and reporting capabilities for internal stakeholders
  • Identify opportunities to improve processes and strategies with technology solutions
  • Produce written documentation to support your work, report on your findings and to present to stakeholders when necessary
  • Conduct deep-diving data analysis for business insights and recommendations
Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of MS Excel, MS Access and other data consolidation and presentation tools
  • Excellent documentation and reporting skill
  • Good understanding of visualization skills in Microsoft Power BI
  • Intermediate programming skills in SQL and DAX
  • Advanced analytical skills and detail-oriented, while also seeing and understanding the big picture.
  • Ability to function at both the detail and conceptual levels
  • Strong understanding of business process flow and data flow.
  • Strong analytical skills and problem solving attitude
  • Strong interpersonal communication, collaboration with the team and presentation skills required
