شرح موقعیت شغلی

Specifically looking for people with Agile implementation experience in a fast pace environment (in Digipay Business Unit).

The Role 



  • Provide scrum master support to multiple project teams through daily stand-ups, sprint planning, sprint retrospectives, sprint and demos, etc.
  • Be able to help product owners and project teams break work down into Epics and Stories with a clear definition of done (DoD)
  • Provide scrum master and product owner coaching to other engineers Form part of the leadership team for Program Increment Planning Events
  • Support an Agile community of practice
  • Maintain Epics and Stories in agile tools and generate metrics and reports for associated scrum teams
  • Guiding the team and organization on how to use Agile/Scrum practices and values to delight customers
  • Guiding the team on self-organizing to fill in the intentional gaps left in the Agile/Scrum frameworks
  • Assessing the Scrum Maturity of the team and organization and coaching the team to higher levels of maturity, at a pace that is sustainable and comfortable for the team and organization
  • Facilitating discussion, decision making, and conflict resolution
  • Assisting with internal and external communication, improving transparency, and radiating information
  • Supporting and educating the Product Owner, especially on grooming and maintaining the product backlog
  • Providing all support to the team using a servant leadership style whenever possible, and leading by example
  • Follow a Product Development Process that includes elements of planning, estimation, gathering and analyzing requirements, developing concepts and designs, implementation, developing and executing test plans' and engaging in work product reviews
Requirements 



  • Ability to handle aggressive deadlines with agility and results driven approach
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Fluent in English
  • Ability to use MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint
  • Ability to interact effectively with other team members as well as individuals in other disciplines and organizations
  • Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures
  • Requires Minimum of BS in Computer Science, or other related Eng. or science fields
  • Minimum of 2 years in a technical role and 5 years working as a certified scrum master
  • Certification and experience with SAFe Agile and certification in as either a SAFe Agilist or a SAFe Program consultant is a plus
