-Direct and coordinate activities involving sales of products, services, or other subjects of sale. -Focus on generating new leads with the aim of creating more sales. -Scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client, having researched their business and requirements. -Work on sales follow-up activities -Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service as well as meeting all client needs appropriate to their business. -Resolve customer complaints regarding sales and service. -Keeping potential clients and key contacts ‘warm’ and pro-actively sharing contacts with current and potential clients. -Review operational records and reports to project sales and determine profitability. -Identifying, understanding and developing new partner organizations to collaborate with -Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements -Having an in-depth knowledge of business products and value proposition. -Analyzing and Following industry trends locally and internationally -Drafting and reviewing contracts.
Qualifications:
-Knowledge of principles and methods for showing, promoting, and selling products or services. This includes marketing strategy and tactics, product demonstration, sales techniques, and sales control systems. -Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. -Knowledge of the structure and content of the English language including the meaning and spelling of words, rules of composition, and grammar. -Knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, human resources modeling, leadership technique, production methods, and coordination of people and resources. -Giving full attention to what other people are saying, taking time to understand the points being made, asking questions as appropriate, and not interrupting at inappropriate times. -Talking to others to convey information effectively. -5-7 Years of Experience -Fluent in English
