CF UGC Specialist is responsible for moderating the submitted comments and Q&As. This person reports to the UGC Team Lead. The type, variation and nature of tasks might change (if necessary) and would be communicated to the experts.
Checking the assigned comments and accept or reject based on the latest guidelines;
Communicating the potential problems or vague cases to the concerned PIC;
Reporting suspicious sellers and users or very sensitive items to team leads so as to make general actions;
Checking the submitted Q&A records to see if they can be published;
Communicating necessary Q&A cases with sellers or other PICs/departments directly via Email or indirectly via implemented panel features (based on SLA);
Reaching the determined targets for every day (baseline: 2000, KPI target: 2800);
The main target is set for everyday multiplied by the working days in the month;
Trying to reduce rejection rate to 5%;
Trying to keep Comment Moderation SLA under 24h;
Trying to be precise enough and reach the targeted QA Score (Target for EOY is 98%);
Actively reporting potential bugs or blockers which might affect team productivity and targets;
Actively reporting potential improvements for communication, guidelines or processes in order to help the whole team with the rejection rate targets;
Providing a thorough and exact report as directed by the Supervisor and team leads;
Voluntarily passing knowledge to other members of the team and assisting fellow staff with problems or workloads;
Attending the workplace before 9 AM;
Keeping on best professional behavior and avoiding issues of personal ethics;
Avoiding slacking off during the work hours;
Adopting a teamwork-based spirit and avoiding privacy violation or tension with fellow coworkers;
Seeking for help from supervisor if faced with any kind of problem or concerns;
Being dedicated to the targets set by the team’s management;
Any re-moderated comment/Q&A is excluded from the daily targets.
Requirements:
A proper knowledge on MS Office (esp. MS Word & MS Excel)
Accepted skills in searching through Internet
Appropriate English level (Intermediate)
