Job Description:
Identify, develop and own new business relationships inside and outside the Digikala group in order to drive business outside our current channels.
Analyze the market based on available data to understand the drivers and barriers in the logistics category, Translate the observations into insights and into a tailor made category strategy for customers, in line with our category and brands strategy.
Source new sales opportunities through on-demand lead follow-up and other sources and Research accounts, identify key contacts and generate interest.
Prepare proposals and present engaging information about the DigiExpress’s value proposition to potential customers.
Meet sales goals and objectives set by leadership.
Maintain well organized, up-to-date and accurate information of the market and competitors.
Responsible and accountable for all customers P&L controllable items.
Creating development plans and forecasting sales targets and growth projections.
Identifying market opportunities through meetings, networking and other channels.
Meeting existing and potential clients and building positive relationships.
Attending events such as exhibitions and conferences.
Preparing sales presentations and participating in sales meetings..
Producing reports for management.
Work closely with the Product and Planning teams to define and deliver the plans and share insights and recommendations to help shape the future.
Effectively manage all required Operations including Forecasting, Invoice Management, SLA revision etc.
Manage the day to day customer management responsibilities.
Steer initiatives across all stages of the customer lifecycle, across all communications platforms and channels (web and mobile apps, email, social media).
Qualification:
Bachelor or Master in engineering, business or related degrees.
Excellent verbal and written communications skills.
Strong listening and presentation skills.
Minimum of 5 year experience in operations/ business and customer development.
Result driven and willing to take responsibility.
Possess strong analytical skills and high accuracy.
Excellent communication skills.
Have a natural talent in building of (long term) work relationships.
Intermediate or higher competencies English.
