Responsibilities:
You will be responsible both for the quality and the speed of hires, which means owning the recruitment process from A to Z.
As the first contact with candidates, be the voice and the ambassador of our company, its culture, and values
As a trusted Recruitment business partner, you give advice and share best practices within our team and with our hiring Managers
Consult and support hiring managers to recruit the best available talents for vacant positions in the technology department.
Basic Requirements:
Proven experience as a recruitment specialist.
Highly organized, able to effectively manage competing priorities under pressure
Having a servant mindset, positive, and hands-on attitude with the ability to manage a high volume of cases/requests for support.
Strong attention to details
Exceptional communication (written and verbal) and negotiation skills
Preferred Requirements:
Fluency in English
Technical expertise with an ability to understand and explain job requirements for IT role
Understanding the basics of employer branding
