شرح موقعیت شغلی

Our company is looking for a talented senior legal specialist to join our dynamic legal team. You will be the representative of the legal team of Digkala in Digiexpress. In this regard, you will be responsible for managing all the required legal requests from the business unit. This means that it wouldn’t be surprising for you to face multiple requests from a variety of stakeholders on a diverse set of topics. Specifically, your responsibilities would be the following task:

Responsibilities:

Drafting, reviewing, revising, and negotiating various types of contracts, terms, conditions, and agreements.
Conducting research and providing advice on various legal issues.
Drafting various types of legal documents such as letters, minutes of meetings, notices, etc.
Assisting the legal team in internal corporate bodies’ affairs.
Assisting the legal team in license and regulatory affairs.
Provide advice and solutions to legal issues referred from other departments.
Preparation of periodic reports.
Archive Contracts.

Required Qualifications:

Bachelor's or Master’s degree in law.
A minimum of 3 years experience in a similar role.
Proven experience in managing a considerable amount of paperwork, emails, follow-ups, and required correspondences with the relevant persons or organizations.
Excellent attention to detail.
Strong Communications skills and the ability to conduct business negotiations.

Preferred Qualifications:

Familiarity with the Iranian Commercial Code.
Familiarity with the land transportation rules.
