شرح موقعیت شغلی

A Project Management Specialist is responsible for planning and leading projects from initiation to completion. This person should plan all aspects of a project and meet the project’s goals on time and within budget. Project management specialist should plan and designate project resources, monitor progress, and keep stakeholders informed the entire way. This role requires interaction with a range of internal and external stakeholders, most often managing several moving project parts simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities:

Participating in the whole project process i.e. design, submission and review
Leading project planning sessions
Managing project progress and develop a detailed project plan to track progress
Ensuring projects meet deadlines
Managing relationships with stakeholders
Designing and signing off on project scopes
Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation
Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation
Conducting project review and creating detailed reports for stakeholders
Optimizing and improving processes and the overall approach where necessary
Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope and within budget
Developing project scopes and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility
Use appropriate verification techniques to manage changes in project scope, schedule and costs
Measure project performance using appropriate systems, tools and techniques
Report to management as needed
Designing risk plan and perform risk management to minimize project risks
Establish and maintain relationships with third parties
Leading the planning and implementation of projects
Planning and scheduling project timelines
Project evaluations and results measurement

Job Requirements:

Engineering and mathematical mindset
Proficiency in IT or Computer Science
Written and verbal communication skills
Capacity to manage high stress situations
Ability to be multi-task and manage various project elements simultaneously
Advanced English proficiency, both verbal and written
