DigiExpress is looking for a high-caliber Technical Team Lead to help us reach our big goals. We aim to become a leading logistic company by the end of the year. In this position, you are supposed to:

Answers questions and resolves issues brought forth by the engineering team members
Hires, trains, and supervises engineering staff members
Delegates technical tasks and achieving sprints and Daily interaction with the product team
Having sense of ownership and constant monitoring of the team to improve processes
Coaches, mentors, and grows cross-functional teams to form and sustain high
Checks and confirms the accuracy of the work performed and the methods used by engineering staff
Takes operational responsibility for the services that are owned by his team to make sure the services are up and running
Spearheads various research and development initiatives to identify opportunities for new projects and improved processes
Prepares and delivers various engineering-related presentations, both internally and externally
Evaluates the overall performance of the technical team and individual assessment
Selects and monitors the best software development life cycle based on project technical and production priority

Job Requirements

Experienced in Back-End and Front-End programming
Proficiency and Experience with PHP, Python, or equivalent programming language is a plus
Ability to do tasks effectively under pressure in an agile environment, tight time by shifting priorities, and multiple deadlines
At least 6 years of experience in software programming
Deep knowledge of HR is a plus
Result-oriented mindset
Effective communication and team leading skill
Systematic thinking and problem-solving skills
