The “Senior Internal Procurement Manager” plays a pivotal role in the strategic procurement function of our Smart Logistic company, DigiExpress. The Senior Manager is responsible for overseeing key sub-functions such as Services, Purchasing, Contracts, and ERP Process Development for procurement. The primary objective is to ensure a streamlined procurement process, cost efficiency, and optimal supplier relationships.
Overall Responsibilities:
Develop and execute a comprehensive procurement strategy aligned with business goals.
Provide leadership and guidance to the procurement team.
Establish KPIs and metrics for measuring and improving procurement performance.
Represent procurement in cross-functional meetings and strategic planning sessions.

Services:
Develop and implement sourcing strategies for service providers.
Collaborate with operational teams to meet service requirements.
Evaluate and select service providers based on performance and cost-effectiveness.
Purchasing:
Lead the purchasing team in sourcing goods at competitive prices.
Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers for a reliable supply chain.
Implement procurement best practices to optimize costs.
Contract:
Oversee contract management, ensuring compliance and risk mitigation.
Collaborate with legal and finance for contract terms negotiation.
Maintain a centralized contract repository.
ERP Process Development:
Lead the development and implementation of ERP systems for procurement.
Collaborate with IT for customization and integration of ERP solutions.
Train procurement staff on effective ERP system utilization.
Job Requirements:
At least a Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, or a related field (Master's preferred).
+15 years in procurement, with +8 years in a managerial role.
Proven success in leading procurement teams and implementing process improvements.
Professional certifications in procurement and supply chain management (CSCP, CPSM) are a plus.
Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ERP systems and procurement technologies.
Proven leadership skills with the ability to motivate and manage a diverse team.
