شرح موقعیت شغلی

DigiExpress is a forward-thinking logistic company dedicated to pushing the boundaries of technology. We are looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Specialist to join our finance team and support our accounting operations. As an Financial Planning and Analysis Specialist, you will be responsible for providing financial planning and analysis support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics. You will also collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical frameworks for understanding and improving business and financial performance.

Job Requirements:

  • Interface at all levels of the organization.
  • Successfully monitor the "pulse" of the employees to ensure a high level of employee engagement.
  • Manage and resolve complex employee relations issues.
  • Conduct effective, thorough, and objective investigations.
  • Lead and develop a team of HR Generalists in a high-growth, rapidly changing environment.
  • Understand business goals and recommend new approaches, policies, and procedures to effect continual improvements in business objectives, productivity, and development of HR within the company.
  • Understand the entire talent system and each stage of the employee life-cycle and apply that understanding to craft integrated solutions that are thoughtful and reinforced by upstream and downstream talent programs.
  • Work in an environment that demands strong deliverables and the ability to identify problems and drive appropriate solutions.
  • Attract and retain key talent, including tech and product employees, by implementing effective recruitment and retention strategies. We are looking for a talented and motivated FP&A Analyst to join our finance team and support our accounting operations.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide FP&A finance support to the accounting teams related to productivity, demand planning, reporting, and metrics in a timely manner for Digiexpress.
  • Responsible for financial planning activities including analysis, budgeting, and strategic plans 
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop analytical frameworks for understanding and improving business and financial performance.
  • Develop financial models and analyze them to support strategic initiatives and investment decisions.
  • Identify and research variances to forecast, budget, and prior-year expenses, proactively identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Maintain up-to-date information on the latest economic trend in the country, latest and any updates in the financial markets.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor/Master's Degree in Finance, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or any other related field.
  • Excellent financial modeling, Excel, Word, and PowerPoint skills.
  • Superior attention to detail and ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities while maintaining a view of the big picture.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team with minimum supervision.
  • Ability to analyze complex reports or data.
  • Demonstrated ability to influence others through effective verbal and written communication.
 
Preferred Qualifications:

  • Problem-solving, organizational, and decision-making skills.
  • Familiar with valuation methods (DCF, Multiple, CLV, and venture valuation methods).
  • Holding financial certificates such as CFA, ACCA, etc. is a plus.
  • Familiarity with the E-commerce industry.
