Process and track B2B orders, ensuring timely fulfillment and delivery.
Coordinate with supply chain, warehouse, and logistics teams to maintain stock levels.
Monitor order discrepancies, returns, and replacements.
Client Relationship & Support
Serve as the main point of contact for B2B clients regarding order status, invoicing, and general inquiries.
Address and resolve client issues efficiently to ensure high satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships with business partners and key accounts.
Operations & Process Coordination
Streamline and optimize B2B operational workflows for efficiency.
Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to align operations with business goals.
Data Management & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of transactions, contracts, and client information.
Generate reports on sales performance, inventory levels, and operational efficiency.
Identify trends and provide insights for business improvements.
Logistics & Supply Chain Support
Work closely with logistics partners to ensure smooth shipping and distribution.
Monitor and improve delivery timelines, reducing delays and operational bottlenecks.
Ensure proper documentation for international and domestic shipments.
Requirements & Qualifications:
Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or a related field.
Experience: 2-5 years of experience in B2B operations, logistics, supply chain, or account management.
Technical Skills:
Proficiency in ERP, CRM, or order management systems (e.g., SAP, Salesforce, NetSuite).
Strong Microsoft Excel and data analysis skills.
Knowledge of e-commerce platforms, procurement, or logistics tools is a plus.
Soft Skills:
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.
Ability to multitask and work under tight deadlines.
