We are seeking a highly skilled BPMS (Business Process Management System) Specialist to join our team. The BPMS Specialist will be responsible for designing, implementing, and maintaining business process management solutions using ProcessMaker to enhance operational efficiency. This role requires a strong understanding of BPMS tools, and business processes, and a keen eye for detail to optimize and automate workflows.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process Design and Implementation:

• Analyze and document existing business processes.

• Design and implement new business processes using ProcessMaker.

• Develop process models, workflows, and business rules.

• System Management:

• Maintain and update software and systems.

• Monitor performance and troubleshoot issues.

• Ensure it is integrated seamlessly with other enterprise systems.

• Optimization and Automation:

• Identify opportunities for process improvement and automation.

• Implement process automation solutions to enhance efficiency and reduce manual efforts.

• Conduct regular reviews of processes to ensure continuous improvement.

• Collaboration and Training:

• Work closely with cross-functional teams to understand business needs and requirements.

• Provide training and support to end-users on ProcessMaker functionalities.

• Facilitate workshops and meetings to gather requirements and present solutions.

• Reporting and Documentation:

• Generate reports and dashboards to provide insights into process performance.

• Document all processes, workflows, and changes in a clear and concise manner.

• Maintain accurate records of all ProcessMaker activities and configurations.

Qualifications:

• Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field.

• Experience:

• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business process management or a related field.

• Proven experience with ProcessMaker BPMS tool.

• Skills:

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent understanding of business processes and workflow design.

• Proficiency in process modeling and design tools.

• Knowledge of process automation and integration techniques.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

• Certifications:

• ProcessMaker-related certifications are a plus (e.g., ProcessMaker Certified Specialist).

• Technical Skills:

• Experience with ProcessMaker setup, configuration, and customization.

• Proficiency in scripting languages used within ProcessMaker.

• Familiarity with integrating ProcessMaker with other systems and databases.

• Understanding of ProcessMaker plugins and connectors.
