شرح موقعیت شغلی

Job Brief

We are looking for a training and audit specialist to join our operations department. In this role, you will be responsible for training new joiners on work procedures and regulations, preparing training files, auditing processes based on standards, and helping with staff recruitment. You will ensure that our operations staff are well-trained, competent, and compliant with the company's policies and expectations.

Job Responsibilities

  • Conduct training needs analysis and design training programs for new joiners in the operations department
  • Deliver training sessions using various methods, such as presentations, demonstrations, simulations, etc.
  • Prepare training materials, such as manuals, guides, handouts, etc.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs and provide feedback and recommendations
  • Maintain training records and files and update them regularly
  • Perform audits on processes and procedures in the operations department to ensure compliance with standards and regulations
  • Identify gaps and risks and report findings and suggestions for improvement
  • Assist in staff recruitment by screening candidates, conducting interviews, and providing input
  • Stay updated with the latest trends and best practices in training and auditing
Job Requirements

  • Knowledge of training methods, techniques, and tools
  • Knowledge of auditing standards, principles, and practices
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and other software applications
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
  • Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Communicate effectively with various stakeholders
  • Interpersonal skills: You need to build rapport and trust with the people you work with
  • Identify and resolve issues that may arise during training or auditing activities
