We seek an experienced and strategic Product Manager to join our team. In this critical role, the Candidate will be responsible for developing and executing product strategies, improving user experience, and overseeing overall product performance. The candidate will collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including engineering, commercial, operations, and support, to ensure the growth and success of the pharmacy platform.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Work with senior product leadership to define and execute the product roadmap, ensuring alignment with business objectives
Identify customer needs and translate them into well-defined product requirements and user stories
Manage end-to-end product development cycles, from ideation and research to launch and iteration
Prioritize product backlog based on customer impact, business goals, and technical feasibility
Analyze key performance metrics (KPIs) to evaluate product performance and identify areas for improvement
Conduct market and competitive analysis to uncover trends, opportunities, and threats
Use A/B testing, customer feedback, and analytics tools (e.g., Google Analytics, Mixpanel, Power BI) to validate hypotheses and refine features
Partner with engineering, UX/UI, and marketing teams to deliver high-quality product features
Work closely with operations and customer support teams to identify and address user pain points
Effectively communicate product vision, strategy, and updates to stakeholders across the company
Ensure that products are delivered on time and meet business objectives through Agile and Scrum methodologies
Champion a user-first mindset, continuously gathering insights from customers to improve the online pharmacy experience
Work with customer success and support teams to analyze user feedback and optimize customer journeys
Qualifications, Competencies & Skills (KSA):
3-5 years of experience in product management, preferably in e-commerce, health-tech, or online services
Hands-on experience managing B2C digital products or mobile apps is highly preferred
Strong understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies and experience working with tools like JIRA, Confluence, and...
Excellent analytical skills, with experience using data visualization and reporting tools (SQL knowledge is a plus) and familiarity with BI tools
Proven ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
Great communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to present ideas clearly and drive consensus
Familiarity with growth strategies, user engagement tactics, and customer retention methodologies
Proficiency in English
