شرح موقعیت شغلی

We are looking for a highly analytical and detail-oriented Business Analyst to join our Province Growth team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing and utilizing data insights to increase orders, optimize budgets, and collect, analyse, and present data to support business decisions and improve organizational efficiency. We need a data-driven mind addressing problems, providing analytical solutions, and optimizing overall performance.

 

Job Description:

  • Collect, analyse, and interpret data to provide actionable insights that drive sales growth.
  • Develop and maintain dashboards and reports to track key performance indicators (KPIs) and campaign effectiveness.
  • Collect and organize data from various sources such as website analytics, Market Research, Operation Team, Product Features, Marketing Channels, and ECRM.
  • Work closely with the marketing team to analyse the performance of various campaigns and identify areas for improvement.
  • Use data insights to optimize marketing strategies and tactics, ensuring maximum ROI
  • Provide insights on budget optimization to ensure efficient use of resources.
  • Analyse spending patterns and budget allocations to recommend cost-effective strategies.
  • Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance of marketing activities.
 

Job Requirement:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Economics, Marketing, Statistics, or a related field is preferred
  • Proficiency in data analysis tools and software (e.g., Especially Excel, SQL, Python).
  • Results-oriented with a strong focus on achieving targets and driving performance.
  • Self-motivated and proactive, with a strong sense of ownership and accountability.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to collaborate effectively across departments
