Job Description

We are looking for a results-driven Sales Supervisor to join our Ad Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the sales and management of advertising services for our sellers. This role requires a blend of strategic thinking, leadership skills, and a deep understanding of digital advertising.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and implement sales strategies to promote advertising services to sellers.
Identify and target potential sellers for advertising opportunities.
Drive revenue growth by meeting and exceeding sales targets.
Supervise and mentor a team of sales representatives.
Provide training and support to enhance the team's sales capabilities.
Conduct regular performance reviews and provide constructive feedback.
Build and maintain strong relationships with sellers.
Understand seller needs and provide customized advertising solutions.
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction and address any issues promptly.
Oversee the planning, execution, and optimization of advertising campaigns.
Monitor campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments to maximize effectiveness.
Collaborate with the marketing team to develop creative and impactful ad content.
Prepare regular sales and performance reports.
Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategy.
Provide insights and recommendations to senior management.

Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
Proven experience in sales, preferably in digital advertising or e-commerce.
Strong leadership and team management skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to analyze data and make informed decisions.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software.
Highly motivated and results-oriented.
